OpenAssets and Chainlink Expand Tokenization Access
OpenAssets, a digital asset infrastructure provider for institutions, announced a strategic partnership with Chainlink to support the issuance and distribution of tokenized assets in onchain finance.
The integration combines OpenAssets’ modular platform with Chainlink’s oracle and interoperability tools. The goal is to simplify how financial institutions launch and manage tokenized products without building core systems from scratch.
OpenAssets works with major industry participants, including ICE, Tether, and Fanatics, as well as firms like Mysten Labs and KraneShares. Chainlink’s technology is also used by institutions such as SWIFT, Euroclear, and Mastercard.
The partnership includes the use of Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol and other tools for pricing data, asset transfers, and operational coordination. These components are designed to meet institutional requirements for reliability and compliance.
