US President Donald Trump took the stage at a memecoin conference held at his Mar-a-Lago club in Florida and delivered a noteworthy speech.

According to sources who attended the event, Trump allowed attendees to take selfies in front of the podium during his speech, and the program proceeded in a very informal atmosphere.

In a speech lasting approximately 45 minutes, Trump touched upon various topics including the cryptocurrency sector, tensions with Iran, and US domestic politics. According to attendees, Trump made free-flowing assessments regarding the crypto markets in the first part of the speech, and later commented on the Iran conflict and former president Joe Biden.

While regulatory efforts closely followed by the crypto sector were also on the agenda, it was noted that Trump specifically mentioned the “Clarity Act” bill. However, no detailed plan regarding the bill was shared in the speech. Trump only stated that he wanted the regulation to pass and that he would sign it immediately if approved.
